Critical Home Repair is NOT an emergency repair program. Instead, it is a program for minor repairs meant to preserve homeownership and keep homeowners safe and healthy.

Home was built after 1978.
Applicant owns and resides in the home.
Applicant has current full coverage homeowners insurance.
Applicant is current on all payments/taxes or the home is paid off. (No liens placed on the home.)
Work requested meets our repair guidelines.
Applicant will be present during the duration of the repair work.
