Affordable homeownership changes lives. With our Homeownership program, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Baton Rouge builds and sells homes to qualifying, low-income families and individuals. When you become a Habitat homeowner, we prepare you for successful and sustainable homeownership with individualized coaching, homebuyer education classes and more. The quality of a home can impact the quality of a life. Our Critical Home Repair program helps low-income homeowners who struggle to maintain the integrity of their homes due to age, disability or family circumstances reclaim their homes with pride and dignity. With this program, we provide disability accessibility modification, various exterior repairs and other health and safety home repairs.
