The Interfaith Build began on Sept. 6th, 2025, bringing together people of diverse faith traditions to work toward a shared mission: helping families achieve the stability and dignity of homeownership. Since Habitat’s founding in 1989 as a project of the Federation of Churches and Synagogues, the organization has remained a place where the faith community unites in service.
