Responsible for managing construction staff, subcontractors, and volunteers for both pre-construction and construction related activities. The Construction Superintendent coordinates with the Construction Director to ensure effective site management within a complex and dynamic construction environment. Additionally, this position is responsible for communicating instructions to subcontractors and delivery personnel in coordination and/or at the direction of the Construction Director. This position monitors and ensures a safe work environment and provides critical logistical support for active build sites at the direction of the Director of Construction.
